Our bayous and bays are greatly impacted by the quality of the stormwater flowing into them, and now is a great time to start improving it with practices we can implement at home, work, or beyond.

Join us in a beautiful setting–the Gulf Coast Bird Observatory’s new LEED-certified building in Lake Jackson, TX.

While any of the dates are open to all interested, the August 12 workshop will emphasize Green Stormwater Infrastructure for community members, volunteers, and Texas Master naturalists. The September 29 workshop will be focused for professionals in industry, agencies, municipalities, and firms. The March 4, 2017 workshop will be focused for youth in aquatic sciences curricula and educators.
